Le H4C; In the top 13 of the best tables in Montreal according to Gault&Millau

Last Mai 31st, the french gastronomic reference Gault&Millau were launching there first edition of their Montreal guide. Our chef Dany and our restaurant manager Andree-Anne were there along with a very large majority of the different actors of Montreal culinary scene.

It is humbly and but with a little touch of pride that le H4C received the note of 15/20, which represent, according to Gault&Millau standards, 3 “Toques” and that let us sit in the top 13 of the best tables in the city!

We want to take a minute to recognize the incredible amount of talent their is in Montreal, and thanks the hosts of the evening for the way they allowed each and everyone of us to shine!

“[…]Au menu, une cuisine moderne et pleine de surprises, mais aussi des plats végétariens, végétaliens et sans gluten très savoureux. Gnudi de ricotta, bouillon et poêlé de champignons, parmesan : une recette originale, de saison.
